It’s the first meal you have every day, so it’s your biggest opportunity to get some brain food in! Numerous Studies have found that eating breakfast may improve short-term memory and attention. In clinical trials, it’s the students who eat it, that excel and perform best in the education system.

Sticking to slow releasing energy foods such as oats and whole grains are the way to go. Be careful not to over eat at breakfast time though, as it has also been proven that students who indulge in high calorie breakfasts appear to have significantly lower concentration levels.
